When I show up to support you, it is with the intention to truly meet you where you are at. Zero judgement. And then we can move through it together, one accompanied step at a time.

  • Mental Health Peer Support: I believe in the power of shared lived experiences Our peer-to-peer discussions may provide comfort, understanding, and an opportunity to speak openly about your mental health.

  • Meaning Making: Together we will navigate the complexities of life, calling upon ritual, ceremony and other spiritual practices to provide a platform to explore, express, and find meaning in your experiences.

  • Bed Friends: Some days are harder than others. If you need company while you rest or simply someone to sit with you, I am so there.​​

  • Arts and Crafts: Engaging in creative activities can provide regulation and a sense of accomplishment. Let's create something beautiful together!
     

  • Identity Chats: I provide a safe space to discuss and explore your identity, respecting and validating your experiences and feelings. Naw.

  • Planning and Accommodating Needs: I can help you map out your needs and create strategies to ensure they're met, ensuring you feel supported and cared for.

  • Making Plans and Writing Lists: Together, we'll develop practical action plans and lists to help prepare you for life's demands.

  • Tackling Big Emotional Tasks: I can be with you through the emotional highs and lows, helping you navigate your feelings and to explore coping mechanisms that work for you.

  • Setting Personal Boundaries: We'll work with you on setting and maintaining boundaries, essential for your mental and emotional well-being.

IN PERSON SUPPORT:

Are you the kind of person who benefits from having a benevolent human in your corner cheering you on? I am. Allow my physical presence to soothe your fractuous nervous system, motivate your body into the shower or to dance circles around you in the sunshine.

BIG SPOON

  • Twenty hours of doula support used across twice weekly visits for four weeks (Five hours a week, split) .

​

  • During this dedicated time we will focus on your unique needs, stories and experiences. Whether you need support accessing mental health care, creating meaning, talking shit sitting in bed, making a plan or getting you out into the world. I got you.

​

  • Each visit might be different but no matter what we do, my  intention is for you to come away feeling accompanied and tended to.

​

  • I will bring you coffee (or adjacent) and treats because frankly a little treat is a way of life.

​

  • Slutty Toast. Where we make magic with the scant trimmings of your fridge and pantry. For best resuts, it would awesome if there is at least a few eggs and a crust of bread in the pantry. But we can sort that out.

We will spend time together developing intimacy and trust, exploring ideas and skills, creating systems, rituals and protocols that will serve you during our time together, and apart.

  • Promoting protected sleep. Get yourself horizontal, rest or take a nap! Take a moment to gather your metaphorical skirts.

  • Explore what more meaningful community care might look like if you actually ask for help.

​

  • Body Doubling. Space holding as you tick off items from your to-do list, make requests, or make those tricky phone calls.

  • Singing & Dancing and exploring other ways of being in our bodies.

  • Creating a meal train, a meal plan or getting some slutty ass snack into you.

​

  • Going for walks or swimming in nature.

​

  • Peer support and problem solving.

​

  • Cuddling, brushing your hair and sitting together.

​

  • Exploring the psycho, social and spiritual aspects of Mothering.

​

  • Boundaries, with space to practice setting and receiving.

​

  • Expectations management.

​

  • Light house keeping and help around the house and garden.

​

  • Someone to be with you while you parent.

​

  • Ritual & Ceremony.

​

All with utomost compassion and zero judgement.
