Mothering Without A Mother: For the babes who are mothering without a mother due to death, distance or estrangement.

I have just made the call not to go ahead with the Sunday group as December is getting too chaotic.

​

This time of year is often a time of increased stress and time for reflection, often bringing up especially tricky and challenging family dynamics, anniversaries and heaps of grief. These circles are an opportunity to come together with other mothers who are mothering without a mother so we may feel a little less alone in our grief.

 

As well as space for sharing I will guide you through short visualisation where I will invite you to explore the feeling of being held by the Great Archetypal Mother, however she appears to you.
