Hey hey! It's okay, I didn't mean to spook you... softly, softly. But, are you a mum barrelling quickly towards burnout? Are you in the middle of a huge life transition; New Baby? Moving house? Accessing an abortion? Coming out? Separation or divorce? Have you just been diagnosed with adhd/autism? I know it can be a lot. And I believe there is a way through.

 

When I show up to support you, it is with the intention to truly meet you where you are at. Zero judgement. And then we can move through it together, one accompanied step at a time.

  • Mental Health Peer Support: I believe in the power of shared lived experiences Our peer-to-peer discussions may provide comfort, understanding, and an opportunity to speak openly about your mental health.

  • Meaning Making: Together we will navigate the complexities of life, calling upon ritual, ceremony and other spiritual practices to provide a platform to explore, express, and find meaning in your experiences.

  • Physical Contact: Sometimes, a warm, comforting touch can make all the difference. With your consent of course.

  • Bed Friends: Some days are harder than others. If you need company while you rest or simply someone to sit with you, I am so there.

  • Slutty Toast: Whether it's whipping up a comforting meal from pantry staples or creating 'Slutty Toast', we will make sure we get some food into you.

  • Arts and Crafts: Engaging in creative activities can provide regulation and a sense of accomplishment. Let's create something beautiful together!

  • Planning and Accommodating Needs: I can help you map out your needs and create strategies to ensure they're met, ensuring you feel supported and cared for.

  • Making Plans and Writing Lists: Together, we'll develop practical action plans and lists to help prepare you for life's demands.

  • Tackling Big Emotional Tasks: I can be with you through the emotional highs and lows, helping you navigate your feelings and to explore coping mechanisms that work for you.

  • Setting Personal Boundaries: We'll work with you on setting and maintaining boundaries, essential for your mental and emotional well-being.

  • Burnout Support: We understand the signs and impacts of burnout and provide the necessary support to help you recover and prevent future burnout.

  • Identity Chats: I provide a safe space to discuss and explore your identity, respecting and validating your experiences and feelings. Naw.

I offer assertive, intuitive and realistic in-person and virtual doula support experiences that will encourage you to grow, rest and be with the complexities of being a Mother in these times.

Connecting you back to your agency, your identity and your aliveness. Providing you with co/self regulation skills and cheering you on, reminding you every step of the way that you can indeed do this.

Whether you are local to me, or you want to hang out together on zoom, I have some options for you!

IN PERSON SUPPORT:

Are you the kind of person who benefits from having a benevolent human in your corner cheering you on? I am. Allow my physical presence to soothe your fractuous nervous system, motivate your body into the shower or to dance circles around you in the sunshine.

BIG SPOON

  • Twenty hours of doula support used across twice weekly visits for four weeks (Five hours a week, split) .

  • During this dedicated time we will focus on your unique needs, stories and experiences. Whether you need support accessing mental health care, creating meaning, talking shit sitting in bed, making a plan or getting you out into the world. I got you.

  • Each visit might be different but no matter what we do, my  intention is for you to come away feeling accompanied and tended to.

  • I will bring you coffee (or adjacent) and treats because frankly a little treat is a way of life.

  • Slutty Toast. Where we make magic with the scant trimmings of your fridge and pantry. For best resuts, it would awesome if there is at least a few eggs and a crust of bread in the pantry. But we can sort that out.

  • Two & a half hours of doula support a week for four weeks.​

  • During this dedicated time we will focus on your unique needs, stories and experiences. Whether you need support accessing mental health care, creating meaning, talking shit sitting in bed, making a plan or getting you out into the world. I got you.

  • Peer support and problem solving.
