Designed to support you to meet yourself where you are at, to have an honest look at what meaningful supports might look and feel like for you, as well as providing resources and regulation skills so you are well equipped for the journey.

IMPORTANT DETAILS​

Duration: A four week immersive experience occurring every Sunday morning on Zoom, during term 1, 2 & 3.

Important Dates:
Term 1: February 9 - March 2
Term 2: May 25 - June 15
Term 3: August 10 - August 31

Group Size: We will be running groups of 3-5 people so we may maintain an intimate and personalised experience

The online groups will come together every Sunday morning from 10.00am - Midday ​​​​

The money stuff: The Wormhole is priced at $847 for the 4-week adventure.
Legacy price: If you have participated in the wormhole before we are offering you a legacy price of $699*
The Wormhole has been created for the Mothers who are seeking personal growth, self-discovery, support and resources as they navigate the complexities of Motherhood.
This program welcomes participants with various backgrounds and experiences, including:

Mothers who may be experiencing burnout, emotional challenges, exhaustion or overwhelm.
​

Those with ADHD, autism or other complex arrangement of letters who are looking for support to access meaningful care for themselves and their fams, however that may look.
​

Mamas with complex needs, including mental health conditions and physical disabilities, who are seeking a safe and supportive space for personal exploration and growth.
​

Parents of children with complex needs who may be navigating unique challenges and seeking personal support, resources and resilience building in community.
Participants in The Wormhole do not require any official diagnosis. The program is open to anyone who resonates with the themes and values of the program.

Grounding: Practice grounding techniques, regulation skills and self soothing practices as well as an open invitation to explore what accomodations and boundaries you may need to support you as you traverse The Wormhole.

Meaning Making: Find meaning and purpose through self-reflection and peer support.

YoUR FACILLITATORS
Rafferty & Lotus Hallows are experienced facilitators, full spectrum doulas and peer support workers with lived experience of complex needs through motherhood. They will serve as your faithful guides.
Lotus Argall has a background in community service, teaching, and childcare, and a solid academic foundation in early childhood education, sociology, Africana psychology, and Africana spirituality.
​
Lotus has supported various groups, from running afterschool programs to assisting therapists with children on the autism spectrum and gathering with women in the river.
Lotus's approach emphasizes radical acceptance and compassion, adaptability and creative problem solving. She believes in creating environments that foster growth, resilience, and deep connection to self and the world around us.
Rafferty Hallows is a bleeding heart sapphic doula, weirdo, and Mother of gremlins. They are a writer, creator, meaning maker, community weaver & facilitator.
Raff is queer and brings a contempory angle to Mothercare, always seeking to create models of care that extend beyond the binary.

Rafferty has been working in the Mothersphere for a decade, and when they’re not soap boxing about motherhood, mental health, matrescence, patriarchy, creativity, community and connection they can be found thrifting, fooling around, exploring by the water, dancing or reading.
